How do I book a trip?
Send your dates, group size and interests through the Plan Trip form, by email at info@cityspeedtravel.com, or via WhatsApp on +20 101 655 2418. We'll come back with a tailored quote within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, major credit cards and cash on arrival in Egypt. A deposit secures your booking; the balance is due before travel. Full instructions are sent with your quote.
Do I need a visa to enter Egypt?
Most nationalities can buy a tourist visa on arrival or apply online for an e-visa before travel. Requirements depend on your passport — share your nationality and we'll point you to the right process.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included and is the traveler's responsibility. We strongly recommend a policy that covers medical care, cancellation and personal belongings before you fly.
Can you customize a trip for us?
Yes — every package can be tailored. Tell us your dates, must-see sights, dietary needs, mobility considerations and budget, and we'll design an itinerary that fits.
What size are your tour groups?
Most of our trips are private (just your party). Small group departures usually have 6–12 guests. Group size is always confirmed before you book.
What's included in a typical package?
Hotels, transfers, English-speaking guide, entrance fees to listed sites and breakfast daily are usually included. Flights, lunches, dinners, drinks, tipping and optional extras are listed separately so there are no surprises.
What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 30 days before travel receive a full refund of further payments. Inside 30 days, partial refunds may apply depending on supplier terms — full details are provided with every quote.
Is Egypt safe for tourists?
Tourist areas in Egypt are well-policed and welcoming. Our guides know the country inside out and we monitor local conditions continuously to keep your trip smooth and safe.
What languages do your guides speak?
English is standard. Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian-speaking guides are available on request — let us know when you book.
